If you’ve been told you have advanced penile cancer, this usually means it’s at late stage 2, stage 3 or stage 4. At this stage, the cancer has grown deeper into the penis, nearby tissues, or lymph nodes, and may have spread to other parts of the body. Treatment can be more complex, but there are options to help manage the cancer and improve quality of life.
